Located immediately west of the city of Greenfield, the Silveira Home Ranch is a 107.6-acre irrigated row crop ranch with vineyard potential within the Arroyo Seco AVA. The eastern portion of the property adjoins the city limits of Greenfield and is within the sphere of influence and identified for future medium-density residential use. The entire property is zoned Farmlands (F/40) in Monterey County. The ranch has level topography with gravelly loan soils from the Arroyo Seco and Elder series.
